I have tried all of the things-Nutrisystem, WW, trainer, gym, etc. I was always told I needed to change things (diet/types of food/workouts) and it just never stuck. I found Shane on instagram and started following him for a bit. I finally decided to reach out because everything he was talking about was spot on with how I was feeling. I was intrigued. I didn’t necessarily think I wanted to lose a ton of weight, but toning up and feeling stronger was something I knew at my age was important. I got a call from Shane and was still worried that I wouldn’t stay motivated. He said “What if we gave you all the tools and support and encouragement you need to stay motivated? We are with you the whole way and will show you how to change little things, exercise 2 to 3 days a week.” So I signed up and I am so so happy I did. I have been losing approximately a pound a week. And like I said, I wasn’t looking to lose a ton of weight, but it goes hand and hand with getting healthy and strong. But I have to say that the best part of this journey is my coach ESIN!!!
